Our famous chicken biryani with mixed veg kurma. Hearty meal for one.


Yorkshire Dales Chicken Thighs (Skinless, Boneless & Diced), Water, Basmati Rice, Onion, Coconut Milk, Coriander Leaves, Mint, Ginger, Garlic, Butter Ghee (Milk), Yogurt (Milk), Green Chilli, Cashew Nuts, Salt, Chilli Powder, Poppy Seed, Cardamom Seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Lemon Juice, Turmeric.

Heating Instructions

ALLERGENS: For allergens, see ingredients in bold.

Always ensure food is piping hot before serving. Adjust consistency & seasoning if required.

MICROWAVE (850W): From frozen, pierce film & microwave on high power for 4 minutes. Cut-open film, sprinkle some water on the rice, re-cover and cook for 3 minutes. Rest for 1 minute and gently stir before serving.

OVEN: Meal tray and film are oven-safe. Please see our website or contact is for instructions to heat-up in oven.

Rest for 2 minutes. Gently fluff-up with a fork before serving.

Appliances vary, adjust timing accordingly.

SERVING: Serve hot with yoghurt/raita/salad. Optionally, with a curry of
your choice.
