Grandmothers Curry Sauce

This family recipe curry sauce is great for quick or slow-cooked curries. Freshly roasted & ground masala blend gives it a unique flavour.


Water, Onions, Tomatoes, Ground Coriander, Coconut, Chilli Powder, Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Sea Salt, Fennel Seeds, Curry Leaves, Poppy Seed, Black Pepper, Garam Masala, Turmeric.

Cooking Instructions


Defrost sauce and gently simmer in a pan. Add 500g of your favourite ingredient (Chicken/Veg/Meat), part-cooked/roasted/seared or raw. If main ingredient is already cooked, simmer in the hot sauce for 10 minutes.

If you are cooking raw ingredients in the sauce, allow longer time, until fully cooked. If you want thicker sauce leave in the pan for longer. For a thinner sauce, add some water.

Check and adjust seasoning and consistency. Mix before serving. Garnishing optional. Our sauces have minimal oil and salt. Add more if you prefer.
