Hot Pepper Curry Sauce

South Indian style deliciously spicy sauce with freshly ground black pepper & cashews. Versatile – suitable for curries, grills & barbecues.

Cooking Instructions


Defrost sauce and gently simmer in a pan. Add 500g of your favourite ingredient (Chicken/Veg/Meat), part-cooked/roasted/seared or raw. If main ingredient is already cooked, simmer in the hot sauce for 10 minutes.

If you are cooking raw ingredients in the sauce, allow longer time, until fully cooked. If you want thicker sauce leave in the pan for longer. For a thinner sauce, add some water.

Check and adjust seasoning and consistency. Mix before serving. Garnishing optional. Our sauces have minimal oil and salt. Add more if you prefer.
