Ghee is highly acclaimed in ancient Indian medicine as having numerous benefits. We make our own ghee using Organic British Butter. Aromatic Kalijira Rice used in this recipe is unique and flavoursome. Unbeatable with any chicken or lamb curry.– Chef Akila.

Heating Instructions


Always ensure food is piping hot before serving. Adjust consistency & seasoning if required.

MICROWAVE (850W): From frozen, pierce film & microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Gently shake, then cook for further 2 minutes. Rest for 1 minute and gently fluff-up with fork before serving. Appliances vary, adjust timing accordingly.
