    Cooking instruction:

    MAKE YOUR OWN CURRY

    1. Defrost the sauce (in fridge or microwave) and add to a suitable pan.

    2. Add 400-500 grams of your chosen meat/veg/paneer or seafood. You can add more or less, depending on how saucy you want your curry. Stir and simmer until cooked. Alternately, you could also add roasted/seared/cooked meat or vegetables to the sauce.

    3. Adjust consistency by adding water if needed.

    4. Season to your taste. If you need the curry hotter, add extra chillies or chilli flakes. If you need it milder, add some coconut milk/cream or yoghurt. Add salt if needed. Serve.

THIS SAUCE IS FULLY COOKED AND CAN ALSO BE USED AS A DIP OR MARINADE.

    SUITABLE FOR VEGANS & VEGETARIANS.

    What a good find!

Ordered my first delivery from Chef Akila out of curiosity! Really pleased with the dishes we have had so far. Very flavoursome. We don’t really go in for ready meals as they are usually full of additives but we will definitely be ordering again.

    Very tasty

Ordered a selection and have so far tried the Paneer and the Village Chicken. Both very tasty. Definitely beat Supermarket dishes and better quality than takeaways I've had. Cheffy myself so can be hard to please. A well worthy product

    Tasty curries with no fuss.

I have tried a number of curries from Chef Akila. It is lovely to find well spiced curries. If it says hot, it will be. Easy to reheat - I usually cook from frozen. However I prefer to cook my own rice at home separately.
