    Ingredients

    Water, Boneless Chicken(27%), Onion, Basmati Rice (14%), Tomatoes, Peanut Oil (Peanuts), Coriander Leaves, Yogurt (Milk), Green Chilli, Butter Ghee (Milk), Chilli Powder, Ginger, Garlic, Mint, Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Cashew Nuts (Nuts), Salt, Garam Masala, Chick Pea Flour, Lemon Juice, Turmeric, Kewra water, beetroot, Cardamon, coconut sugar, Cinnamon, Kalpasi (Black Stone Flower), Mace.

    Heating Instructions

    HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
    Always ensure food is thoroughly heated and piping hot before serving. Please check seasoning and adjust if required. Reduce heating time if defrosted.

    MICROWAVE (900W): Cook from frozen. Remove sleeve, pierce film & cook on full power for 5 minutes. Cut-open film, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water & gently mix. Re-cover and cook for another 3 minutes.
    Rest for 2 minutes and stir gently before serving.

    OVEN: Cook from Frozen. Time: 40-45 minutes.
    Electric: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5
    Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and heat for 25 minutes. Cut film open, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water and mix gently. Re-cover and heat further 20 to 25 minutes. Stand for 2 minutes, gently stir, check seasoning and serve.

    APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST TIMING ACCORDINGLY. DO NOT OVERHEAT.

    SERVING: Serve hot with yoghurt/raita/salad. Optionally, with a curry of your choice.

    Only got biryani as can not find a good one, it was lovely. Fresh and tasty . Delivery was fast and package really well to keep frozen

    This is my second batch.good but not quite as good as the first, we found the birani a little dry, and grandmas lamb curry was missing the wow factor it used to have. !! Not tried the rest yet.
