Delivery, storage and allergens, answered.

How does delivery work?

We deliver Tuesday to Friday by courier, frozen in an insulated box, and you choose your delivery day in the basket. Delivery is £6.95, or FREE on orders of £69 or more. Minimum order £49.

How long do the meals keep?

Every meal has a best before date printed on the pack, and arrives with at least 6 months to go. Once defrosted, keep any leftovers in the fridge and eat them within 1 to 2 days. Please don’t refreeze meals once thawed.

Is everything gluten-free?

Yes. Every meal is gluten-free and suitable for coeliacs. Ours is a 100% gluten-free kitchen, so there is less risk of cross-contamination.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver frozen by courier to most addresses in mainland UK. We can’t deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands or the UK islands (postcodes AB, BT, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH16–26, PH30–44, PH49–50 and ZE).
