Description

Make an authentic curry in minutes with this all-in-one sauce. Just add your favourite protein or veg or enjoy on its own.

This sauce is ideally suited for meaty proteins, but can be used to make vegetable curries as well. Spice it up to your preference.
It is also a perfect side for our biryanis or as a dipping sauce.

Cooking instruction:

MAKE YOUR OWN CURRY

1. Defrost the sauce (in fridge or microwave) and add to a suitable pan.

2. Add 400-500 grams of your chosen meat/veg/paneer or seafood. You can add more or less, depending on how saucy you want your curry. Stir and simmer until cooked. Alternately, you could also add roasted/seared/cooked meat or vegetables to the sauce.

3. Adjust consistency by adding water if needed.

4. Season to your taste. If you need the curry hotter, add extra chillies or chilli flakes. If you need it milder, add some coconut milk/cream or yoghurt. Add salt if needed. Serve.

THIS SAUCE IS FULLY COOKED AND CAN ALSO BE USED AS A DIP OR MARINADE.

SUITABLE FOR VEGANS & VEGETARIANS.

Good to know

Heating, storage and allergens, answered.

Can I cook it from frozen?

Yes. Every method starts from frozen: about 10 minutes in the microwave, 40 to 45 in the oven, or gently on the hob with a splash of water.

How long do the meals keep?

Every meal has a best before date printed on the pack, and arrives with at least 6 months to go. Once defrosted, keep any leftovers in the fridge and eat them within 1 to 2 days. Please don’t refreeze meals once thawed.

What allergens does it contain?

Allergens are listed in bold under Ingredients & allergens above. Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free but handles sesame, nuts and mustard.

Is it halal?

No, our meals are not halal. We source premium British meat from trusted farmers and butchers, with a focus on quality, animal welfare and provenance. Our lamb and beef come from local Yorkshire farmers.
