    Ingredients

    Water, Tomatoes (33%), Cream (Milk) (3%), Butter (Milk), Green Chilli, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Ginger, Almonds (Nuts), Cashew Nuts (Nuts), Sugar, Garam Masala, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Cloves, Fenugreek Leaves, Lemon Juice, Honey, Bay Leaf.

    Heating Instructions

    Cooking instruction:

    MAKE YOUR OWN CURRY

    1. Defrost the sauce (in fridge or microwave) and add to a suitable pan.

    2. Add 400-500 grams of your chosen meat/veg/paneer or seafood. You can add more or less, depending on how saucy you want your curry. Stir and simmer until cooked. Alternately, you could also add roasted/seared/cooked meat or vegetables to the sauce.

    3. Adjust consistency by adding water if needed.

    4. Season to your taste. If you need the curry hotter, add extra chillies or chilli flakes. If you need it milder, add some coconut milk/cream or yoghurt. Add salt if needed. Serve.

    THIS SAUCE IS FULLY COOKED AND CAN ALSO BE USED AS A DIP OR MARINADE.

    SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS.

    Lovely tasty meals

    First time trying

    Really enjoyed the lemon rice, full of flavour.
    Found the butter chicken a bit too spicy.
    Had the korma sauce last night, really enjoyed that but I should have added some coconut cream to make it bit more like a korma.
    Have still got the masala sauce to try.
    The thing I really like is that the dishes aren't full of additives and preservatives.
    I will definately be ordering again.

    Excellent meals

    Chef Akilas meals are second to none and we never get takeaways now. The meals have delicious tender meat and are much healthier so we always have some in freezer.

    Ordered an assortment of dishes to try them out. Oh my goodness how lovely they were. We will be back for more as soon as there is space in the freezer!
