Mum’s Masala Potatoes

Scrumptious side dish. Semi-mashed potatoes, with sauteed onions and spices in a unique family recipe. Addictive.

This famous street-food recipe that I learnt from my mum is our family staple.
We eat several packs of this each week, as a favourite side with most meals and as a sandwich filler.
